In the commune of Aups, we offer this charming 3-storey former sheepfold for rent, combining old-world charm with modern comforts and a swimming pool. With a surface area of 180 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a 1,000 m² garden, two terraces and beautiful grounds. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The south-facing house is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with TV, sofa and armchair.
- A large fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc. and dining area.
- Separate WC.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
- Separate dressing room.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3 (approx. 32 m²): a king-size bed (180×200) and a large dressing room.
- A large bathroom in an old dovecote, with a cast-iron bathtub on legs and double washbasin.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), antique pool style, measuring 11.5×4.5 with roller shutter, open from 1 May to 30 September. (Opening date non-contractual)
- A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden, on an olive-growing property, with a pétanque court at the rear and a children's play area. There is also a village square-style fountain on the property.
- The first terrace faces south and east and is ideal for breakfast, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A second south-facing terrace with a 180-degree opening and furniture, level with the swimming pool. There is a pool house, a seating area and a deckchair area. Under the awning you'll find a barbecue.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, barbecue, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Aups, in a very pleasant setting with a magnificent view of the Maures massif, and not overlooked. All amenities are just a 5-minute drive away.

Looking for nature? You've come to the right place! Head to the sublime Verdon National Park, where you can try your hand at climbing, paragliding, canoeing, rafting, horse-riding and many other activities in a fascinating setting! Not far away, discover the Sainte Croix lake with its turquoise waters. Stroll along its shores and stop for a picnic in front of this fabulous landscape. For more excitement, head to the lake's nautical centre to hire a small boat. Visit Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, one of the most beautiful villages in France. This charming village will surprise you with its location at the foot of the mountain and the beauty of its architecture.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the grounds of the house.

- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport, around 1? hours away by car.
- Bus: two stops in the village serving various neighbouring villages and Les Arcs-Draguignan station.

Be vigilant!
