We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Marseille, this charming house to less than 200 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 70 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 300 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 70 m² living room with TV, large sofa and dining area.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
On the first floor :
- A mezzanine used as an office.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), size 4×8 m with an alarm.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m², south facing, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A south-facing balcony of 3 m² on the first floor.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
