The kitchen is equipped with a stove with gas burners and electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker. From the kitchen, a door leads to the large laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. Toilets on this floor. From the kitchen, a wooden staircase brings you to the garden level. you will find: A corridor with parquet floor serving the outdoor covered terrace and also: a cozy living room with parquet floor and exposed beams. This cozy room is equipped with two sofas, an open fireplace, a television with French and English channels, DVD player, a library, a buffet. A glass door opens onto the covered terrace.
