## Logement
Our apartment is distinguished by its atypical charm, its various objects brought each year from our country of residence in Central America, its private garden of 47 m2 and its location in a residential area with typical Marseille houses.
Very bright and crossing, it is located on the first and last floor of an old Marseille house of the 1950s which includes in all five dwellings (which makes it a charming and typical place of Marseille) and has:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a cot;
- a shower room;
- a large living room opening onto a pretty kitchen equipped and decorated with care.
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Coffee machine, Iron.
It should be noted that there is an air conditioner in the room for warm nights! We specify that access to the garden is through the main corridor of the house, on the ground floor (you must go down one floor to get there). Thank you not to expect new or modern common areas because, without being dilapidated, they are quite rustic and stand out from the apartment itself, renovated in 2020 and very well maintained by us.
The apartment is well appointed. You will be 8 minutes walk from the Chartreux metro station which goes straight to the station in three stops. You will find everything you need to live a serene and even cultural stay since we leave at the disposal of our travelers our collection of books of literature and philosophy. The lucky ones will even find something to park on the street for free!

## Emplacement
Our apartment is between two residential areas, very quiet and different from each other. In the direction of Lavie Falls you will quickly see the sea and find small shops and bus stations that will easily take you to many areas of Marseille including the dynamic Notre-Dame du Mont and the famous Vieux-Port. On the Chartreux side you will find other shops, a pretty church on a lively square and of course the metro line 1. It is a very quiet area, family and very pleasant. An entrance to the famous Longchamp Park is an 11-minute walk from the apartment via the Lavie Falls.
