It includes two living areas (living room & porch with beautiful views of the Dentelles de Montmirail), a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC / shower, two terraces (barbecue) and a covered terrace upstairs, adjoining the veranda (possibility of heating in winter).
The kitchen has full cooking utensils. It includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large fridge and a gas stove with an electric oven. The living room has a TV lounge area (with sofa bed) and a dining area with modular table. A French window gives direct access to the terrace of full foot. The bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a double bed of 160/200 cm gives access to a private bathroom with shower. The terrace in front of the entrance is shared with the tenants of the adjoining house (a table, chairs and a parasol is at your disposal).
Upstairs a bedroom includes a double bed 140/200 cm and a sofa bed and a small washbasin. A second bedroom includes a bed of 160/200 cm with bathroom. A large covered terrace with veranda offers a superb view of the surroundings.
