Welcome to my home ! I welcome you in my 43 square meters apartment in the heart of the first district of Marseille located on the second floor. It is ideally located near the market of the Capuchins, the Canebière and the Old Port. Come and take advantage of this pedestrian area close to EVERYTHING, transport, restaurants, shopkeepers of the beautiful Phocaean city.

The accommodation is brand new, tastefully decorated, modern and very well insulated. It can accommodate 2 people in optimal comfort. The building is a charming building, typically Marseilles, very clean and colorful, with a height of 3 meters under ceiling and floor tiles. You will be able to enjoy the smells of spices that perfume the whole neighborhood, animated by the oriental market of the Capuchins. You will be in the heart of a typical atmosphere, you will cross in the district of many street vendors who are part of the decor and who make the charm of the place.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay:

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The area offers an immediate proximity to the main centers of interest of the city. 3 min walk from the old port, a central location to discover marseille.
You will be at 2 min from the Canebière which is pedestrian, at 50 m from the rue d'Aubagne with all the restaurants which will suit all the tastes.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander.
The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis. The public transportation is very dense in the 1st district, so the whole city is easily accessible from this place.
