The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A large 70 m² living area comprising a 35 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided at an additional cost), two sofas, two armchairs, and a TV, connecting to the dining room opening onto a shaded terrace and featuring an open kitchen with a dining area, equipped with useful appliances (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.)
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with two large bay windows and a panoramic window overlooking the countryside and the Hérault River, with one queen-size bed (160×200). It connects to its private bathroom with a double sink, corner bathtub, and toilet.
- Bedroom 2: comprising 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with direct access to the terrace and garden on the east side, comprising 2 single beds (90*200)
A large hallway allows the occupants of these two bedrooms to access their private bathroom, equipped with a double sink unit, a shower cubicle, and a toilet.
A laundry area equipped with a washing machine and laundry equipment (ironing board and iron) and household equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, and brooms) is also available.
Outside:
- A private, enclosed garden with trees, measuring 1,800 m², overlooking the Hérault River; east-facing.
- A terrace surrounding the farmhouse from east to west, passing through the south, with a pergola covered in wisteria, allowing you to enjoy the space for meals and relaxation (table and garden furniture).
