The swimming pool (9 x 4 m) is heated (from late May to September) and secured by a roller shutter. There is a first terrace with garden furniture by the pool and a large awning, another at the rear for lunch or dinner with a BBQ and griddle, and a final one beside the pool with an awning for sun protection. The house comprises: a large 70 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher), 4 bedrooms (two with TVs) each with a 160x200 cm bed, and a large bedroom with three 90x190 cm bunk beds for 6 children. Two bathrooms, each with a large walk-in shower, and two separate toilets. A laundry room with a washing machine. There is also a toilet and shower near the pool. Parking for four cars is available.
