Baby equipment: booster seat, travel cot, plates, glasses, cutlery (on request and at an additional cost). Wooded and fully fenced plot not overlooked in a quiet area surrounded by forests and vineyards away from roads and noise, play area and hut. Small caretaker's house on the property with separate entrance, not overlooked directly and discreetly. The house is located about 1km from the village of La Roquebrussanne and its amenities, 10 minutes from department stores, 45 minutes from the sea and 30 minutes from the city of La Garde for an XXL shopping area !! .
