Rénové en 2023 par un architecte, il comprend une pièce à vivre avec salon, deux balcons, une cuisine séparée équipée, et trois chambres (une avec lit King Size, une avec deux lits simples, une avec lit double). Il dispose de deux salles de bain, dont une avec baignoire jacuzzi. Pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (-12 ans) maximum. Proche des transports, du Palais du Pharo et de nombreux restaurants et commerces sur la Place du 4 septembre.
Linge de lit inclus : draps, couvertures, tapis de bain et un drap de bain par personne.
Si location avec piscine : merci d'apporter vos serviettes pour la piscine.
