Summary: Lovely staff. The fact that we had to climb to the first floor via stairs with luggage to get to reception was bad. The lift from the first floor up is tiny, barely enough for a person and luggage to go up. Our room was reasonably clean and comfortable but it had a cockroach. I assume that is normal in older buildings but I don't like them.
