The apartments are in a new building that was completed in 2012 and face the sea in Marina di Felloniche. The little seaside town belongs to Castrignano del Capo. After going 3km along the coastal road leading to Gallipoli you get to Santa Maria di Leuca.
To the rear of the house there is a little garden and there is also private parking space. The site is not fenced.
One apartment is on the ground floor and the other is on the upper floor. They are completely independent and only share the access.
The beach is less than 100 metres away, just a three-minute walk away along a path. You can also walk to one of the highest cliffs about 1km away, with many caves. You can explore them by boat or swimming. There is a bus stop nearby for a tourist bus line called “Salento in bus”, which connects the most well-known places in the Salento area.
