Summary: The desk clerk was the worst ever in all my years of travel. I really can’t help but wonder why you would employ someone with zero people relation skills in that position! A/C almost non existent and a shower in the room that only a midget could fit into! Strongly suggest you remove the hotel from your site as it will reflect poorly on your business. Sincerely, displeased patron.
