The cottage is a detached house with a covered terrace, close to the owner's home (not overlooked), who will be delighted to share his passion for landscape gardening. The owners' 5x12-meter swimming pool is available to you free of charge from May to mid-October, with a depth of 1 m to 2.10 m, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. This pool is covered by a pool enclosure that acts as an anti-UV protection, allowing for less chlorination and maintaining an ideal temperature from May to September. The shelter can be opened on the shutter and upon request. Located along the Bazas-Arcachon cycle path, a few meters from the village, the house consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Electric inertia heating is available. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are available for rental, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
