On the ground floor is a bright living room with pool access, offering a flat screen (multiple access channels + wifi), side table and sofa bed. Adjoining the living room, a kitchen with garden access, equipped and functional, with equipment such as microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, blender, etc. And can accommodate up to 10 people at the table.
You will also find a recently renovated shower room, with double sinks, heated towel rail, hairdryer and a first toilet.
Shower towels can be provided.
A corridor will take you to a first spacious bedroom, with double bed, offering a dressing room and view of the swimming pool.

Also available in the utility room is a washing machine, wall and mobile clothes line giving access to the outdoors.
Upstairs are a second toilet and two bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, one of which has an extra bench seat.

Outside, a first terrace-garden area will allow you to enjoy good sunny meals with family or friends. The garden gives access to the illuminated and secure swimming pool area (equipped with an alarm).
