The house is located just 1.5 km from the center of the village of Gémenos renowned for its relaxed lifestyle and its activities. The most beautiful sandy beaches are 15 minutes by car. Our house has a swimming pool secured by a barrier.
The house is located 10 minutes by car from Cassis, 20 minutes from Marseille and 30 minutes from Aix en Provence.
It is the ideal point of hikes in the Saint-Pons valley where picnics near a river or a waterfall await you.
The house is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: living room with TV corner - kitchen - dining room - 1 king size bedroom (160 cm * 200 cm) - WC - shower room - laundry room
-On the 1st floor: 5 bedrooms: 1 parental suite with king size bed (160 cm * 200 cm) canopy and mosquito net with bathroom - 1 bedroom with single bed converting into a double bed - 1 bedroom with a single bed and single bed drawer that can accommodate another person if necessary - 2 other bedrooms with single beds each. All bedrooms upstairs are air conditioned. Possibility to add a travel cot on request.
-Garden with secure swimming pool, terrace and dining area with garden furniture, swing, trampoline, slide, barbecue, children's games, pétanque pitch.
Are available for the tenants of the house: children's games for boys and girls, electric tractor for children, cot and baby seat, pool games, American fridge with fresh water dispenser, freezer, pétanque balls, children's bikes , sun loungers, tumble dryer, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi.
