The house is located in the town of San Giovanni di Sinis, in the province of Oristano, about 10 km from the provincial capital and about 8 km from the town of Cabras, we are immersed in Sinis in one of the most evocative places in western Sardinia, with beautiful beaches and a large archaeological area that of Tharros.
We are in an area rich in biodiversity, with very beautiful beaches, the first is located just a few meters from the house, which looks at it from the living room and a bedroom and then a hundred meters from the house itself is the largest beach of San Giovanni di Sinis close to the archaeological area and which then opens onto other very beautiful stretches of sea along Cape San Marco.
The Sinis peninsula has the characteristic of having many wonderful beaches and just 10 km from San Giovanni there is the famous white quartz beach of Is Arutas and also that of Mari Ermi which are magical places in which without buildings you find yourself in a ancient but also modern landscape.
The town of San Giovanni, on the opposite side of the sandy beach, has coves with a series of small and medium-sized beaches inside, which overlook the crystal clear sea of the town. These are a few tens of meters away from the house.

A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, which is a mezzanine, with a bedroom with three single beds.
