On the second and last floor of this small residence you will find a living room equipped with a television, a sofa and a sofa bed for 2 people. The living room gives access to a veranda terrace which has the capacity to open so you can fully enjoy the sun!
On the night side you will find a bedroom equipped with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and several storage cupboards.
You will also find a small bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink and a towel dryer.
Parking:
You have the ability to park your vehicle at the back of the residence which is closed and private.
Equipment:
The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer and in the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment to prepare good summer dishes!

Optional for a fee and on request (€25 for the double bed kit and €15 for the towel kit with one large and one small per person).
