Cocoonr is offering to let The Good Mother, a superb 110m² duplex flat with a view of Notre Dame de la Garde from the 2 bedrooms. Completely renovated in 2021, the flat is located right next to the Old Port, an ideal location for discovering the city. Located on the 5ᵉ floor with lift of a historic building, this accommodation can accommodate 4 travelers.
Please note that this accommodation is only available on a medium-term basis (30 nights minimum)
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall which offers storage as well as a WC and then access the living areas.
- A large living room with a large television, study area, dining area and kitchen organize this space. A long balcony runs the length of the room, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.
- Upstairs is the sleeping area with its two bedrooms and two shower rooms, one of which adjoins a bedroom. Each room has a window and a small balcony, from which you can relax and admire Notre Dame de la Garde.
To comply with the law, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

By staying in 'The Good Mother' flat, you are choosing a sought-after location and a view so dear to the hearts of all Marseillais, in a flat with a tasteful decor. The Vieux Port is the soul of Marseille, Notre Dame de la Garde is the lighthouse of the Marseillais. This is the place to be in Marseille to enjoy the city, its shops and its seafront location. You'll only have to walk 2 minutes to catch the boats and visit Marseille's islands and calanques.
Getting around:
- The Vieux Port is the nerve center of Marseille. All forms of transport are accessible: Metro / Tram / Bus / Boat / Bicycle / Scooter / Taxi.
- Saint-Charles station is 10 minutes away by metro.
- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus from Gare Saint-Charles. However, we advise you to use taxis or Uber-type drivers.

- For the elderly, please note that the handrail that goes up to the first floor only goes halfway up the stairs.

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
