The second floor includes 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large terrace with access to three of the four bedrooms via large French-windows. In the garden there are anche a separate annex large guest house with a double bedroom and a bathroom, a patio and a terrace above. The annex Has an independent access, but it is anche accessible by the main building. the annex has air conditioning. The villa is furnished with ancient furniture and paintings; the flooring is made of hand-painted ceramic tiles. It can be used in any part of the year and is fitted with central heating, satellite TV, a fixed-line phone, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and cleaning service.
A new annex with Independent access will be ready from 2013. The annex Has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower). The bedroom is airconditioned.
