On the ground floor you will find a large and bright living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large laundry room and separate toilet. On the first floor is the sleeping area with the 3 main double bedrooms as well as an adjoining double bedroom, two bathrooms both with toilets (a baby changing table is also available if you have a baby). This villa makes an ideal space for a family or a couple looking for space and tranquility. The house is air conditioned and has mosquito nets.
Outside, you can enjoy one of the sun beds around a large and charming private chlorine-free swimming pool (10m x 4.5m - safety cover available for families with children), all surrounded by cypress trees, lavenders and olive trees. A little shade being necessary during the long summer days, a covered pool house is at your disposal with a large dining table for 8 people and a summer kitchen (outdoor and indoor plancha).
