Positive: The property is in a very central part of Bergamo, everything is close by. Bergamo central train Station is only an 8-10 minute walk, and from there you can easily take the bus to the airport with just 3€ (just behind MacDonalds), Cafés, restaurant, the shopping markets, and supermarkets are all nearby. The room covers all basic needs: it is clean, bright, has a nice bathroom, a hairdryer, a kettle, and the linens smell wonderful.”

Negative: When I finally reached the manager, he hung up after about 30 seconds, which felt frustrating and not welcoming. I only needed to ask about leaving my luggage. As constructive feedback, it would be very helpful to have clearer communication for guests staying in this beautiful, central apartment in Bergamo, it is a simple courtesy that makes a big difference. While I had to completely change my plans, I arrived (again) at the property later than 20:00, it was easy to enter the building but it was not easy to find the apartment and the main reason for that is that they do not have clear signs only really small indications and only on the main door of the apartment.
