Very nice house in the heart of the village, renovated to combine old and contemporary. Quiet, sunny, very functional and full of charm, it is a house where life is good and breathes the holidays!
Small garden / courtyard with a pretty arbor for summer meals with the sounds of birds! (Table and chairs for 6)
On the ground floor:
- Living room with large sofa / dining room and open kitchen on a central island, room opening onto the garden.
- Office / playroom for big and small + WC
- Master suite with large walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Upstairs :
- Bathroom with large bath and toilet
- Large bedroom (or playroom, depending on your needs, the double bed being removable!) with double bed and possibility to put a mattress a place on the ground or bed umbrella
- A second bedroom with two bunk beds.
An air conditioning cool the floor.
The kitchen is equipped (toaster, coffee machine pod and coffee maker, juicer, and everything to cook). There are games and books for children + cot. Wifi access and television.
Towels are provided as well as beach towels
The cleaning fee is not mandatory, but we can add it (40 €) if you want to enjoy until the last second of your stay!
The entrance to the premises is at 16h (to be certain to have the time to prepare a clean house!) but you can worrylessly drop off your case sooner if you need it and go back for a walk around the corner!)
We occupy this house all year, the atmosphere is warm and pleasant, and more inhabited than in other rental houses without soul! You will be fine if that is what you are looking for!
