As such, this area is ideal as base for exploring especially Umbria, Tuscany, Le Marche and Perugia, Fabriano, Umbertide, Assisi, Trasimeno Lake, Urbino and Cortona are around less than 60 minutes easy driving distance. This property is ideal for a large party of friends, since all bedrooms are en-suite, or two families holidaying together. Either way, the sheer quality of this house will delight all guests who holiday here.
