From the moment you enter, you'll feel right at home, with direct access to the living room, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (gas hob, oven, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine in the utility room...). The Villa has a total of 3 bedrooms. The owners live in a studio at the bottom of the garden, but have complete independence.
The house is rented in its entirety and you will be the only ones staying there and in the swimming pool. Only the car park is shared with the owners, who have complete independence.
At the end of the corridor: the master bedroom with 180 cm double bed and the second bedroom with two 90 cm beds + a bathroom with bath and shower. You will also have access to a separate toilet.
Downstairs (4 steps): the third bedroom with two 90 cm beds, laundry room/workshop with washing machine, storeroom and a second shower room with walk-in shower and private toilet.
The property also has a lovely enclosed garden and an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool where you can soak up the sun. There's also a summer terrace with a gas barbecue for unforgettable moments with family and/or friends.
Villa is in a very pleasant location. You can take the small surrounding paths to get to the village in just a few minutes (1km), where you'll find shops, restaurants and its beautiful 10th-century château. If you're a keen walker, there's a 5-hectare cedar forest to the north of the village, with a fitness trail and picnic area. And for golf lovers, the nearest course is 7km away.

The heart of the old village, with its narrow streets lined with dry stone walls and its beautiful château, is just a few minutes' walk away.
