Built on 4000 m² of flat, fully enclosed land, this 400 m² house comprises a large living room opening onto partly covered terraces, 3 bedrooms with shower rooms and WCs. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom, 2 shower/bathrooms with dressing rooms, WC and a terrace on the first floor. The lower level has a laundry room, a gym and a screening room. The villa is fully air-conditioned and boasts a range of superb features.
