The villa "L'encantadou" is nestled on a large landscaped plot of 4300m2 on the last line on the heights of Haut Rayol and has a panoramic sea view of the sea and the golden islands.
It is a traditional villa on two levels, with large terraces overlooking the sea facing south, and a large infinity pool of 8m x 8m.
The villa consists of a large living room with dining room for 8 people, a main living room with fireplace, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, and a second living room with TV on the mezzanine.
On the garden level are:
- A sea view Suite with double bed 180cm, a dressing room and its private bathroom with WC
- A sea view room with double bed 160cm
- A bedroom with small private terrace, with 180cm double bed (convertible into 2 90cm beds)

The villa has parking and a covered car port for 2 cars. Access to the villa, perched at the top of the land, is via a large ramp with 2 turns. It is preferable to have a maximum of two cars to facilitate maneuvers and overturning. The land and not fenced.
