In zona ci sono bar, stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, spiagge libere, ristoranti e pizzerie sulla costa, supermercati a circa 500 metri, lavanderia automatica, fermate autobus, stazione ferroviaria a circa 700 metri. Ci si può spostare a piedi, in auto, con i mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio libero in villa e/o in strada.
Nel periodo estivo, prevalentemente nelle serate dei weekend, c'è musica per presenza di beach bar nelle vicinanze. Potrebbe esserci del rumore, anche notturno, nei periodi di maggiori flussi turistici.
