The villa is set on a gated 4,300m² estate with an automatic entrance gate, offering beautiful views of the Luberon Mountains. Adjacent to the villa, a shaded terrace features a dining table and lounge area. A second covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and a portable gas barbecue.
The pool, measuring 15mx4.5m, is heated during the season and secured with an automatic cover. Around the pool, 8 sun loungers, an umbrella, and a lounge set are provided.
