Between Avignon (15 km) and Carpentras (21 km), this pretty villa is located in a peaceful and residential neighbourhood in Sorgues. Close to shops, but in a quiet area, its aesthetics, immaculate comfort and location at the heart of a region to discover will delight you. Nothing has been overlooked so you can enjoy the Provencal atmosphere in nearby famous places such as the Luberon, the Alpilles, the Carmargue and the Gard, or you can take advantage of the numerous festivals in the surrounding areas, the most important of which is in Avignon in July.

There is also a bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and television, and a separate WC.
