The villa is situated in Conca dei Marini, a lovely village about 3km from the centre of Amalfi and can be accessed directly from the State road SS163 by car. The house, built on two independent storeys, has two private car parking spaces for normal sized cars and boasts a marvellous position overlooking the sea.
A few steps take you down to the upper storey of the house. The upper level is made up of: 2 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with shower, a brightly illuminated living room, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful, furnished terrace with a view of the sea. The terrace is very private, spacious and overlooks the sea. Moreover, the upper level of the property also has a furnished patio in front of the main entrance.
Another 14 steps takes you down to the lower storey. The lower level of the house is made up of 2 large bedrooms, each one about 20 sq.m, with air-conditioning and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite and in the other there is a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a dining area and there are two panoramic terraces, one leading off the kitchen and the other leading off the main entrance, both of which furnished with garden tables and chairs and both offering privacy and wonderful moments of pleasure with one of the most exclusive panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast.
