Via a small side road you arrive at the gate of the domain of Villa Brigantine. The plot is no less than 5000 m² and the garden consists of various levels of height with a piece of forest as the lowest part. Several cars can be parked on the driveway in the shade of the tall trees. The garages are closed for use.
The beautiful swimming pool with surrounding terrace immediately catches the eye. The pool is 9.5 m by 5.5 m and 1.4 m deep. There is a large walk-in beach and in addition there is a middle circle with low water to sit together for the necessary refreshment. There are sun loungers around the pool and you will also find an outdoor shower. The garden is accessible with steps down and is located on different levels with many trees. The terrace of the pool is closed off from the terrace of the house with a gate, safe for the smaller children.
The terrace of the house is spacious and offers a beautiful view on the lower garden and the greenery of the area. A wooden garden set with 6 chairs allows long dining on the warm summer evenings. A large parasol provides the necessary shade during the day. The facade of the house is typically Provencal in terra cotta-colored plaster and green shutters.
The terrace door brings you straight into the living room. This is a large open space consisting of a cozy sitting area with fireplace and TV corner and a dining room that also connects to the kitchen through an open arch. A modern but warm decoration with nice color tones was chosen. The dining table seats 8 people and can serve as a breakfast table or as a dining table for dinner if it would be a bit cooler in the evening.
The kitchen is a delight for the chefs among us. There is a lot of storage space under the long kitchen worktop and it is equipped with all electro and equipment, such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine …. and an American fridge and freezer. Just buy the local ingredients and your company won’t want to leave anymore.
Adjacent to the living room there is a hall with separate toilet, cupboards and stairs to the first floor. We first go through to the ground floor bedroom. This is clearly the master bedroom, both in size and placement because there is an immediate connection to the terrace and pool. It is a bedroom with a double bed and lots of light and beautiful finishes. There is an annex bathroom with shower, single sink and a toilet.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each of a good size with a double bed and closet space. These bedrooms share a bathroom, accessible from the hall. The bathroom has a double sink, bath, toilet and shower. All bedrooms can be darkened by closing the shutters. In addition, they are all air-conditioned!
The villa is located at a walking distance of 1 km from the village of Figanières, a typical small Provencal village with authentic character. Apart from a number of terraces and small shops, you will also find a supermarket and bakery in the area for the necessary grocery shopping.
Figanieres is easily connected to Draguignan and the following villages such as Flayosc and Lorgues. From here you also quickly go to the coast with Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez as nearby. To the north you drive in less than an hour to the nature reserve of the Verdon and the beautiful lake of Sainte-Croix.

The cleaning of the house is mandatory and is € 200 per stay (this is NOT yet included in the rental price!)

Pool heating is available on request in the months April, May, June, Septembre at the price of €150 per week. If you wish to make use of this, this must be transferred to the rental agency by bank transfer before arrival.
