Exit cleaning included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at the entrance and if laundry is missing. Option of household linen and pool towels €170 / week - intermediate cleaning and change of linen payable by the tenant €250.
