The rental is ideally located 450m from the sandy beach of Brusc, 500m from the shops and 3300m from the town center of Six Fours. You can park 3 vehicles in the secure parking lot of the property and not touch it again during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. For the sleeping area, you will find 4 suites composed of bedroom and bathroom with toilet. One on the ground floor the most spacious and 3 upstairs. As for the exteriors, you have access to a beautiful terrace in front of the swimming pool, overlooking the garden, as well as a terrace in the form of a passageway on the 1st floor. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The house is new and you have an internet box with wifi. The house is fully air-conditioned. The swimming pool secured by a roller shutter measures 8x4m. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your holidays in Bandol, pleasant memories. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance payment is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. The final cleaning is included and included in the price. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruit, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
