A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is ideally located 900m from the town of Plan du Castellet and shops and 6km from the sea and beaches. You can park your vehicles inside the property. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of an open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. You can enjoy a space serving as an office. In the sleeping area, you will have three air-conditioned bedrooms: one located on the ground floor and the other two upstairs. You will find a shower room and WC on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with bathtub, and WC upstairs. The house is new and you have an internet box with Wi-Fi. Regarding the exterior, you have access to a beautiful terrace equipped with table and chairs as well as garden furniture and 4 deckchairs. This space overlooks the 7m x 3m swimming pool, it is secured by a tarpaulin with bars. You will find a gas plancha and behind the house, a pétanque court. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute reservations. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. You have the possibility for more comfort, to choose the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged a €100 surcharge. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged a surcharge. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 surcharge per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be required to provide proof of holiday insurance or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
