You can expect a 3 hectare natural plot with trees and heathland, a pool (11 mx 4.5 m, depth 1 m to 2 m) with deckchairs and parasols, two beautiful terraces with garden furniture and barbecue (barbecue facilities in accordance with applicable regulations) and a boules playground. A lavender field also belongs to the property.
You enter the house via the terrace and first enter the comfortable dining / living area with couch, dining area, satellite TV (German channels), music system, wireless internet connection and DVD. To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.). From here you also have direct access to the terrace.
In the extension of the living room, a small hall on the right leads to a first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and direct garden access. Next to it is a shower room with toilet. On the left side and a few steps up there is the second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and an adjacent shower room. A toilet is separate.
A small steep staircase leads from the living room to a third bedroom with two single beds and a washbasin (attention, low ceiling!).
A second terrace, accessible via the small hallway, is located behind the house above the first bedroom. It is perfect for an outdoor breakfast.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
All rooms are air-conditioned. The floors are made of terracotta and the interior is very well maintained.
Approach via an approx. 300 m long gravel path. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Smokers are prohibited from smoking in the house. The first groceries can be done about 2 km away. First supermarket 10 km.
