The beach can be reached via 180 steps. There is no lack of green spaces where typical local trees, plants and flowers such as olive and lemon trees thrive.
The spaces are accessible via 70 steps that characterise the Amalfi Coast area.
The value of this property lies in its history dating back to 1905, when it was purchased by Alfred Pattinson, and later became the property of the sisters Raimonda and Fausta Gaetani (Ammaniti's mother), well-known designers. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a king-size bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. One of the bedrooms, with a queen-size bed, is located outside the main house, adjacent to both the solarium and the indoor pool.
Each room has its own private bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with shower/tub.
