This large vacation property with private pool welcomes you in the heart of Provence. You will occupy the entire second floor of a welcoming house in the middle of the Côtes-du-Rhône wine region. This location in the middle of the enclave of the Popes and on the border with the Drôme Provençale is very quiet, and the house stands on an enclosed garden plot with beautiful views of the vineyards. It is 2 km to Valréas, and nearby are Grignan and Visan. The latter is best known for its wine. Valréas is a small, dynamic town that holds a rich cultural heritage behind its perimeter wall. Among the many great destinations here are Mont Ventoux, the castles of the Drôme, the Rhone Valley, Valence, Marseille and a number of picturesque villages. Your accommodation is reached by stairs from the enclosed garden. The stairs lead up to a terrace that extends along the west and south sides of the house, which is a lovely place to sunbathe. Through the large entrance hall you have access to the functional and well-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and large dining table. From the apartment you can enjoy a very nice wide view. The four bedrooms are all modern and comfortable and each has a double bed. One of them still has a loft bed. Two of the other bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The father of the landlady lives on the first floor, but is often not on site during the day and anyway very discreet. Thus, you can enjoy the spacious enclosed garden in peace, and the pool you have all to yourself. The adventure pool Nyonsoleïado is fun for children and adults, and the immediate surroundings invite you to make excursions on foot and by bike. Visit Suze-la-Rousse, known for its wine school and castle, and a botanical garden awaits you in La Garde-Adhémar. The Val des Nymphes is a lovely picnic location. Nyons attracts with a colorful weekly market, and Dieulefit is a stronghold of craftsmanship. Vaison-la-Romaine, with its impressive cultural heritage, and the mountain villages of Vaucluse, such as Vacqueyras, Cairanne and Gigondas, are also worth a trip. In Clansayes (19 km) golfers can enjoy a 9-hole course. Larger cities within less than an hour: Avignon, Orange, Carpentras and Montélimar. We would also like to recommend the Luberon Regional Nature Park.
