Positive: Excellent location. The old town and port area are just 10 to 15 minute away. The host is very nice and responsive.

Negative: The host provided a very detailed check-in instruction, which is helpful. However, as a tourist, I was confused at first and took almost an hour to successfuly settle the issues I encountered. For those who want to book a stay in this apartment, here are some useful tips: 1. Although the mailbox which houses the lockbox for the key is not locked, the mailbox door cannot be easily open with your fingers as there is no handle for you to pull the door. Make sure you have a small tool with you, such as a small flat screw driver or a key, to pry open the tightly closed door. 2. There are several blocks in the building. Make sure you know which block the apartment is located. 3. The marking of the parking space number is on the floor, but it is almost faded and hard to read. 4. The keychain is also a remote control for the garage door. After "properly" position your car within the yellow marking on the ground in front of the garage door, then press the remote control button to open the garage door. It took me a while to learn this trick by asking around other residents in the building who happened to pass by.
