The 5 bedroom villa looks out over the sea to the islands of Levant and Port-Cros, on a tranquil and exclusive stretch of the coast between Rayol Canadel and Cap Negre. The villa has been totally renovated and tastefully furnished, and includes a fully-equipped modern kitchen, five bathrooms each with WC and bath or shower, and air-conditioning.
Large terrace provides out-door dining space for 12 people. The villa sits in approx. 2000m2 of mature, Mediterranean hillside garden with a purpose-built 'boules' pitch and 15m infinity pool. The villa is walking distance from two beautiful beaches and a further 6 are within 10 minutes drive, offering all manner of water sports and activities for families and children. Numerous restaurants and daily necessities can be found in the nearby villages of Pramousquier, Rayol and Cavaliere, and the nearby (15mn drive) towns of Le Lavandou and Cavalaire provide supermarkets and a wide range of practical facilities. Villa is equipped with Wifi internet and Cable TV. The villa is 30km from Hyeres airport and 30km from St Tropez. 40mn drive from Toulon Train Station, 2h drive from Nice and Marseille airports.

Sheets and towels are provided, with linen changed weekly (more frequently if required, subject to supplement). Beach towels are NOT provided and bathrooms towels should NOT be taken to the beach.
