Positive: I like the place and its balcony is cosy. The bed is ok and comfortable. You have everything inside home for short stays. Internet is good. It has microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom is ok. Only the missing thing is cleaning 🤣 the neighborhood is good and it is close the center. The landlord is good person too. For price performance, I think it is not bad. I don't feel regret. If he just switches to a self check-in system and cleans better, the house will turn 10 points.

Negative: I don't understand why the landlord doesn't pass the self check in system. The client must wait him in front of the apartment. If he can put one key locker, it can be easier way for both 🤷 The home wasn't cleaned before me. I didnt care so much because the landlord cleaned the bed and I only needed for 1 night but if you care the cleaning, you can't feel comfortable if it always likes this.

Summary: If he just switches to a self check-in system and cleans better, the house will turn 10 points.
