This is a 250 square meters spotless villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen. A/C available in the entire property. Outside you will enjoy a great large terrace with jacuzzi pool and amazing sea-views. A direct sea access available. To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to the water.
A garage suitable for 2 cars is available.
The TV is set up to have access to Netflix so you can stream movies or watch TV shows. This is a family friendly location.
You will walk to the town of Minori (5 minutes walk) and you will find great coffee shops, lovely restaurants as well as the beach with the ferry dock.

With a short drive you will reach the towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano.
