Villa Magalyne is a fairly recently constructed luxury Provencal villa with a beautifully tiled swimmingpool, situated on the outskirts of the ancient hilltop village of Claviers, Var, in the heart of Provence. The villa occupies a very secluded position on approx. 9000 m2 of land with mainly olive, oak and pine trees. It is adjacent to a natural forest. It is positioned approx. 1 km (10 min walk) from the village of Claviers where you will find a small 'Proxi' grocery shop, a bakery, 2 restaurants and a bar. A host of activities are within easy reach incl. many golf courses like Terre Blanche, Four Seasons Resort, St. Endreol, Roquebrune Golf, Vallescure and Cannes/Mougins Golf and many more. There is also the possibility of canoeing, horse riding and of course skiing in winter. Many small villages with Provencal markets are within easy reach and the coastal resorts are about 40-60 min away. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a very large living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, utility room and separate toilet.
