The appartment is located in a small, calm building composed of 12 appartements. It is located on the last floor and is oriented on the East side.
Despite its 20m² surface, It has everything you need to enjoy your stay : TV, a fridge, a micro-waves, cooking stuff, a brand new bathroom and kitchen, a 2 places couch that turns itself in to a comfortable bed with a quality mattress (140x190x17), just to take care of our guest's good sleep....
The appartement is very bright, thanks to 2 windows that open onto a balcony, where we put a little table and chairs, just to envoy the outdoor for breakfast, lunch or diner.
We also have a private car park place, just in front of the building, so you don't worry about car park, especially during the high season.
