We rent our family home during the holidays.
Located in Bouc-Bel-Air halfway between Aix (10 min by car from the center) and Marseille (20 min by car from the old port). Ideal for visiting Provence and enjoying the cicadas!
Marseille airport is 20 min, Aix TGV station is 15 min
Quiet, on a closed plot of 1000m², not terraced, it benefits from a wooded environment.
Outside :
- a secure salt pool of 10m * 5m (alarm + barrier),
- a garden furniture under a sheltered terrace
- a pétanque court (with boules!)
- a ping pong table
- a garden table, parasol, barbecue
The house has on the ground floor a large 40m² living room overlooking the south-facing swimming pool, a dining room open to the living room, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso, etc.); 1 WC
As well as 1 master suite with private bathroom (shower and bath).
The upper floor is made up of 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160, one with a 90X170 bed, one with a mid-height bed 80X190 and one with two children's beds without bars 70X140), a WC and a bathroom (double sink, shower and bath).
2 cars can be brought inside the property.
The house of course has WiFi and is secured by an alarm.
The tennis courts are within walking distance as is a small center with local shops.

- August rental (2000 € / week).
We prefer booking for two consecutive weeks and will offer you a very favorable rate for a third consecutive week.
