Positive: It was very convenient and the contact with Samuel and Peter was excellent.

Negative: Nowhere on our booking site did it say there were three flights of spiral stairs or that it was a third floor apartment. I would not have booked this apartment had I known that, apart from it being perfect in every other sense. The manager, very generously offered to get us help for our departure but as we were leaving early in the morning, this could not be utilised. It is still advertising a dishwasher too which is not there, not that it was a problem for us.
