This elevated, south facing, Provencal style villa, set within 1.2 acres of olive and fruit trees, sleeps 8 and is ideal for families wishing to enjoy the beaches of the Cote D’Azur or the host of activities available in the Gorges de Verdon area. It would equally suit a couple or group of friends, seeking the peace and quiet of rural Provence and excellent food and wine. During warm weather, enjoy the large, secure, private pool and the breath-taking views from its terrace. Please note the pool is situated behind and above the house accessed by several steps, the position enhances the views and offers excellent privacy. The lounge / dining room is light and airy in the summer and opens out onto the terrace and garden. In the cooler months the house is cosy and warm with a wood burning fire. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor, each one with double doors opening out on the south facing terrace. 1 bedroom is a double, one a twin and one has a bunk bed. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and washbasin and also a separate toilet. The 1st floor master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and shower. It also has a roof terrace where you can enjoy fresh croissants for breakfast whilst taking in the stunning views of the countryside and the village or an aperitif in the evening, watch the sunset and admire the floodlit village church.
