Villa Esperanza is a beautiful and comfortable Villa for 8 people with air conditioning and private swimming pool. The private swimming pool of 10m x 5m has its fitted poolhouse and the spacious garden is wooded and enclosed. This pleasant detached holiday villa has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people, with everything for young and old, a ping-pong table, table football and, in the garden, a slide, a playhouse and swings. This beautiful holiday home is located on a large fenced plot. The wonderful private swimming pool with terrace is located in the center. The house also has two covered terraces. One with garden furniture and deckchairs to the south of the house and one with BBQ and dining table to the west. At the swimming pool, there is also a poolhouse with garden furniture, dining area, fridge/freezer, shower and toilet as well as a large lawn for sunbathing or playing.
The small village of Althen les paluds is ideally located between the large cities of Avignon (17 km) and Carpentras (16 km), both of which are perfect for a nice excursion. Orange is also only 20 km away. We also recommend picturesque places like Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Gordes (15-35 km). 3 km. from the house is the water park "WAVE ISLAND".
For beautiful walks, by bike or by car, go to Mont Ventoux or Dentelles de Montmirail, two breathtaking natural parks located an hour's drive away.
