Available from June 15 to September 20, the old village forge (60 m2 on the ground) with exposed stone walls has been restored to become a small holiday home, in the heart of the village of 500 inhabitants.
Located near a tennis court, shops (grocery store, bakery), and also a post office, a restaurant and a medical office, Lou Faouré (the forge in Occitan) is a cottage with Wifi, independent of the owner's house, with access to a closed and planted garden of 1500 m2. with swimming pool (5 x 8 m) of slightly salted water.
On the ground floor, the kitchen open to the dining room has electric hotplates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher; the bathroom (shower and toilet) is equipped with a washing machine; as for the living room, it has television.
Outside, an awning with table and chairs allows you to enjoy the freshness of the evenings.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with exposed beams are independent because each of them has a staircase; one is equipped with a large 140 cm bed; the second bedroom has two 90cm beds. This configuration is suitable for the presence of a couple with two children (over 3 years) or 4 adults.
Noisy parties and evenings are not allowed in this non-smoking cottage, equipped with a smoke detector.
