Moulin Niras is a 400-year-old watermill that has been transformed into a spacious and modern holiday home by craftsmen using local materials, and retaining its original character and features. Located 10min walk from the enchanting Provencal village of Callas and 35mins from the beach in St Raphael.
It has five large double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, plus a sleeping loft with a further two single beds accessed via the fifth bedroom. The 'cook's' kitchen has a La Canche double oven, with two outside dining areas on the large poolside terrace. Large swimming pool (11mx6mx3.3m - an additional pool bathroom), terrace and boules court.
